One of the UTC Urban Transformation Centre Malaysia branch formerly known as Plaza Ampangan, UTC N9 Angsana Seremban has been in operation since 1997. UTC KL Pudu Sentral Puduraya is also easily to reached via Jalan Tun Perak, Jalan Pudu and Jalan tun Tan Cheng Lock, with abundance of city buses, taxis and e-hailing services plying these routes. It is also right next to the Plaza Rakyat and Merdeka LRT stations.
